SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) is currently running a mental health stigma and discrimination campaign called Show Up.
It is all about how we can be there for people with mental health problems, and help to tackle stigma and discrimination. We know that experiences are different for different people, and that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. That's why the next phase of the campaign is specifically focusing on children and young people. Noone knows the experiences of young people better than themselves, so we are looking for your help to shape the next phase of the campaign.
To take part in this survey, you must be:

Aged 12-25 (if you are under 16, you must have permission from your parent/carer to take part).

Currently living in Scotland
